Hello Grier Family! I\'m just passing through, glad to see that the family reunion is still going strong. Be blessed and I wish you guys a very successful reunion!
My great grandmother was Rosie Grier who was born in GA (I am told) and after many years settled in Locust Valley, NY on Long Island. She had 2 children Nehemiah and Beaulah Grier. Her mother was Ella Moss. I am desperately trying to find the other part of my family. My grandmother was Ella Ealy-Conner who also lived in NY and was born in GA. Thank you for any help or answers you can provide me. May God continue to bless and shine on your family..

On the eve of the 2010 Grier Family Reunion, I find myself a little teary-eyed of days past. Of Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and cousins passed on, who were my wind and strength. And reflecting on, as I look at my grandchildren, of how very important family is and how extremely important the Family Reunion is. I am so very proud of my young cousins who stepping up to the plate and becoming the new pioneers of the Grier Family. My Hats off to you!! Continue to Stand Up for Grier Family Love and Unity!

Barbara and I will be married 38 years on

I LOVE YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH!!!!
I am still on cloud nine from all the love this past weekend. You don't know how much your being there meant to me. I feel like I've found the family and fellowship that I've been longing for all my life. I felt like I was home from a long journey.

Just as the O'Jays sang, "It's so nice to see all the folks you love together." I'm not a family member, I just love looking at all the African American family websites, showing family unity. I love to see the Black Family coming together to celebrate their family history and heritage. I wish you guys much success at your upcoming family reunion.
